预应力大悬挑钢结构索-钢转换节点足尺模型试验与设计研究 被引量:7

Full-scale model experiment and research of large span prestressed cable-member transfer connection

摘要 对预应力索-钢转换节点进行力学性能分析、足尺模型试验研究和ANSYS模拟分析。通过对三种方法预应力损失及摩擦性能的对比分析,总结了预应力损失、摩擦系数的变化规律。结果表明,预应力损失随着荷载的增加而缓慢增加并最终趋于恒定值;摩擦系数在加载初期急剧增加,随着荷载加大摩擦系数呈递减趋势,最终趋于恒定值。试验、有限元和力学分析结果表明,三种方法预应力损失计算结果吻合良好。预应力损失的试验测试和施工措施以及预应力索的锚固试验,可供此类预应力钢结构工程参考。 Mechanical capability of prestressed cable-member transfer connection,full-scale model experiment and nonlinear contact friction finite element stimulation were analyzed.By contrasting prestressed loss and frictional capability of three methods,the mutative rules of prestressed loss and frictional coefficient were summarized.The research shows that prestressed loss slowly increases with the increase of load until one steady count at last.Frictional coefficient increases quickly in the initial stage,decreases with the increasing of load until one steady count at last.Results of prestressed loss of three methods are coincident.It provides reference to prestressing steel structure engineerings about prestressed loss survey and decrease measure.
