摘要
采用多孔陶粒吸附自固定化混合硝化菌种,比较研究了附着相和悬浮相硝化菌的硝化特性。结果表明,以比硝化速率计,悬浮相和附着相菌种的硝化活性以比NO-x-N生成速率计分别为516g/(g·d)和480g/(g·d)。两相菌种硝化活性相近。当基质浓度、pH变化时,两相菌种硝化活性变化规律相似,但附着相菌种硝化活性随菌种浓度变化较慢。当毒性有机物存在时。
Abstract Nitrifers were attached to ceramics, then comparison between the suspended and attached species in their nitrification characteristic was made. The result shows that the attached species and the suspended species have close nitrification activity, with specific product rates of NO - x -N 4.80 and 5.16 g/(g.d) respectively. Nitrification activity of the attached species changes as that of the suspended species while substrate concentration and pH change but it will increase slower than that of the suspended species as mass of species increases. And higher ability of resistance to inhibition of toxic organic compounds for the attached species was found.
