摘要
为了满足现代制造业中超大尺寸测量高效高精度的要求,以空间角度交汇测量原理为基础,提出了一种新的三维坐标测量系统。介绍了该系统的测量原理,分析了系统的几何模型。结合测量原理和结构对系统精度的影响,对系统的重要部件进行了结构设计分析,完成整个系统的设计。最后通过实验数据验证该系统的可行性,该系统在6m的测量距离精度可达±0.15mm。
In order to meet the need of high efficiency and high precision ultra large-scale measurement in modem manufacturing industry, a new 3 D coordinate measuring system based on the principle of spatial angle measurement is proposed. The measurement principle is discussed, and the geometry model of the system is analyzed. Combining with the measurement principle and the effect of structure on the system precision structure design of key components of the system is analyzed, and the design of the whole system is finished. The experiment data shows that this system is feasible and rational. The measuring precision of the current system is close to ±0.15 mm while the distance is 6 m.
