钢渣吸附Cu^(2)+、Pb^(2+)的影响因素研究 被引量:8

摘要 拟选取钢渣作为吸附剂,通过正交试验研究了不同温度、吸附时间、溶液pH值和钢渣投加量条件下,钢渣对50 mg/L Cu2+、Pb2+的最佳吸附条件。研究表明:钢渣吸附Cu2+的最佳条件是:温度为25℃,吸附时间为90 min,溶液pH值为6,钢渣投加量为50 g/L;对Pb2+吸附的最佳条件是:温度为25℃,吸附时间为60 min,溶液pH值为5,钢渣投加量为40 g/L。另外,还研究了钢渣对相同浓度Cu2+、Pb2+的竞争吸附作用,研究发现,随着离子浓度的增加Cu2+的竞争吸附系数始终大于Pb2+的竞争吸附系数,表明钢渣对Cu2+的吸附能力大于Pb2+。 With steel slag as adsorbent,the effects of temperature,adsorption time,solution pH value and steel slag dosage on the adsorption of 50 mg/L Cu^2+ and Pb^2+ were studied through orthogonal test,and then,the optimal adsorption conditions of the said two ions were determined.The results showed that,for Cu^2+ adsorption by steel slag,the optimal condition was: the temperature was 25 ℃,the adsorption time was 90 min,the solution pH value was 6,the steel slag dosage was 50 g/L;and for Pb^2+ adsorption,the optimal parameters of the above four influencing factors were: 25 ℃,60 min,5 and 40 g/L respectively.Besides,the effect of steel slag on the competitive adsorption of Cu^2+ and Pb^2+ in the solution with the same ions concentration was also studied.It was found that,with the increasing of ions concentration,the competitive adsorption coefficient of Cu^2+ was always greater than that of Pb^2+,which indicated that steel slag had a better adsorption performance for Cu^2+ than for Pb^2+.
