摘要 中小企业作为市场经济中最为活跃的主体,无论其数量、促进市场繁荣、还是创新方面都有诸多可圈可点之处。但是,中小企业目前的生存发展现状,以及在转化成为大型企业的效果方面,还是有待完善。从培训需求分析的角度通过对高层管理者现状的分析找出高层管理者的培训需求,建立高层管理者的培训需求分析模型为中小企业提高管理者素质提供系统化的方法,使中小企业随着高层管理者的发展而发展。 There's a lot to discuss about small and medium-sized enterprises as the most active subject in a market economy,whether in quantity,promoting market prosperity or innovation.However,the survival and development of small and medium-sized enterprises,as well as into the effects of large-scale enterprises,still remain to be improved.Besides the governmen's policy-oriented,the industry development,the enterprise itself have a lot of management problems.Senior managers'quality who is the circle of the management is the key factor to the management problems,so how to improve the comprehensive quality of senior managers is the pressure point to solve the problem.This paper from the angle of training analysis through an analysis of the present situation of senior managers to identify senior managers'training needs,presents the senior managers of training needs analysis model which provide systematic method to improve the senior managers'quality for small and medium-sized enterprises,and make the small and medium-sized enterprises develop with the development of the senior managers.
