摘要 目的探讨CD34、第八因子相关抗原因子(vWF)在肝癌中的表达及临床病理特点。方法应用免疫组化技术,检测50例肝癌组织和癌旁肝组织中CD34、vWF的表达,分析其与临床病理之间的关系。结果 CD34定位于血管内皮细胞浆,在正常肝组织、癌旁组织、癌组织内表达依次增强。以CD34计算肿瘤微血管密度(MVD)。MVD与肝癌病理Edmondson分级、临床分期、肝内转移密切相关。vWF在肝癌组织血管基质表达,上调表达强度与肝癌病理Edmondson分级、肝内转移相关。结论 CD34、vWF在肝癌组织中的表达与肝癌血管新生有关,能反映肝癌的恶性程度、侵袭转移能力。 Objective To explore the expressions of CD34 and vWF in primary hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) and their clinical significance.Methods Expressions of CD34 and vWF in liver cancerous tissues and paired para-cancerous tissues of 50 HCC patients were detected by immunohistochemistry.The relationship between the expression levels of CD34 and vWF and the clinicopathological parameters of the HCC patients was analyzed.Results CD34 were localized in the vascular endothelial cytoplasma,meanwhile,expressed in normal hepatic tissues,para-carcinomal tissues and HCC tissues intensively in turn.MVD was counted by CD34.MVD in HCC tissues was closely related to the histological Edmondson grading,clinical stages,and intrahepatic metastasis.vWF were stained in the vascular matrix.Furthermore,the up-regulations of vWF in HCC tissues were positively related to the histological Edmondson grading and intrahepatic metastasis.Conclusions The expressions of CD34 and vWF in HCC tissues was related to the vascular neogenesis,which might contribute to tumor development,invasiveness,and metastasis.
