摘要
为了解家畜粪分解过程中呼吸速率的变化特征,采用堆置于地表和埋入地下2种处理,以碱液吸收法测定内蒙古典型草原马粪、牛粪和羊粪分解过程中的呼吸速率.结果表明:3种鲜家畜粪呼吸速率的大小次序为马粪>羊粪>牛粪;在分解过程中,3种家畜粪的呼吸速率总体呈下降趋势;鲜粪埋入地下处理时,呼吸速率较堆置于地面处理下降平缓且高.在自然环境下,家畜粪呼吸速率主要受水分、组成特征和温度的影响.
The main aim of this paper is to understand the features of livestock dung respiration rates in the process of decomposition.Using two kinds of treatment,i.e.fresh livestock dung deposited on the ground and burying in the soil,the respiration rates of fresh horse dung,cattle dung and sheep dung were measured by alkali absorption method in Inner Mongolia typical steppe.The results showed that the order of livestock dung respiration rate were horse dungsheep dungcattle dung.They were 0.4456,0.2922 and 0.2853mg CO2·g-1·h-1,respectively.In the process of decomposition,the respiration rates of three kinds of livestock dung decreased.Comparing to fresh livestock dung deposited on the ground,the respiration rate of the fresh livestock dung burying in soil was higher and decreased slowly at all sampling time.At natural condition,the main factors that affect the respiration rate of livestock dung were humidity,construction of livestock dung and temperature.
