摘要
探讨星形胶质细胞在脑内移植中的作用。方法应用人胚胎皮质的星形胶质细胞移植于恒河猴脑皮质内,通过免疫组化方法动态观察星形胶质细胞的形态变化。结果星形胶质细胞在宿主组织中可继续生长、分化,其胶质纤维突起生长形成,并与宿主组织呈渐进融合。同时,星形胶质细胞与移植组织中毛细血管的形成关系密切,并可能直接参与毛细血管的形成过程。结论星形胶质细胞移植对于改善宿主脑组织的微环境条件,促进其结构功能修复具有积极意义。
Objective\ To study investigate the astrocyte morphologic change,and then to determine the role of astrocyte in brain transplantation.\ Methods\ Dislocated cell suspend of donor astrocytes was prepared from cerebral cortex tissue fragments which taken from abortive human fetus. These cells were transplanted into the cerebral cortex of rhesus monkeys and studied by glial fibrillary acidic protein(GFAP) immunohischemistry.\ Results\ That donor astrocytes survived,differentiated in transplanted sites,meanwhile they send extensive processes and integrated into host brain of rhesus monkeys. These astrocytes and their processes surrounded or contacted with capillaries in the process of the angiogenesis in transplant. These observations indicated that astrocytes performed positive effects in the graft host communication and angiogenesis.\ Conclusion\ The usefulness of astrocytes in the improvement of host brain microenvironment and repair of central nervous system injures.
