摘要
针对煤矿深井巷道支护结构要求高强高韧的特点,提出了将高韧性合成(粗)纤维与高弹模纤钢纤维混杂掺加到水泥基材料中形成复合水泥基材料,通过喷射工艺在围岩表面形成支护层与锚杆、锚索形成共同支护体的施工方案,结合孔庄煤矿深部巷道施工的实例,对施工中遇到的纤维的选择、纤维掺量的确定、喷层厚度确定、纤维掺加工艺等关键技术进行了论述,并给出了支护效果和经济效益分析,为该技术的推广提供借鉴。
According to the high strength and high tenacity features required by the support structure of the deep mine roadway in the coal mine,the high tenacity synthetic(thick) fiber and the high elastic modulus steel fiber would be mixed and added to the cement base material to form the complex cement base material.The shotcreting technique applied to form a support layer on the surrounding rock surface of the mine roadway as well as the bolt and anchor would be applied to form a combined support construction plan.In combination with the construction case of the deep mine roadway in Kongzhuang Mine,the paper stated the determination of the fiber selection and fiber added quantity,the determination of the shotcreting layer thickness,the fiber mixing technique and other key technology in the construction operation.The paper provided the support effects and the economic benefit analysis which could provide the references to the promotion of the technology.
