青年毛泽东时期的第一师范图书馆,其文献资源建设、管理制度建设和馆员队伍建设很有特色。文献资源建设既重文献数量,更重文献质量。管理制度建设坚持以人为本,节约读者时间。馆员队伍建设注重馆员素质,强化关爱学生。
The Construction of literature resource,management system and Librarian troop of the library where Mao Ze-dong once studied in Hunan No.1 Normal College had distinctive characteristics.College libraries should be rich in literature resource,should improve the quality of literature resource;College libraries should develop the management system so as to be reader-centered;College libraries should promote the qualification of librarians so as to be the mentor.
