摘要
利用PEG-4000对春小麦根系进行了不同时间和浓度下水分和磷素胁迫处理,结果表明,根系和叶片干重均随胁迫时间的推移而显著下降,叶片的相对含水量从处理开始到胁迫24h明显下降,其后变化呈起伏现象。根系中无机磷随胁迫时间的推移呈倒“V”型趋势,其中,以处理24h根中磷素的浓度较高。不同浓度处理下,峰值出现在15%。根系活力随胁迫浓度的提高而下降,在5%~15%范围,根系过氧化物同功酶带无显著的变化,但在最高浓度下,缺少一条谱带。
The root of spring wheat seedling was treated with PEG4000 under different water stress and phosphorus stress,the results showed that dry matter of root and leaf significantly decreased as stress time prolonged,but the relative water content (SWC) sharply declined form beginning to 24hours treatment,afterwards SWC presented irregular changes.Phosphorus concentration in roots was highest in 15% stress concentration and 24hours,respectively.There was lower root vigor under treatments in comparison with control,and no apparent changes was observed in peroxidase isoenzyme pattern except for the greatest stress concentration,which was obviously lack of one band of peroxidase isoenzyme.T5
