基于细胞自动机与平滑滤波的水波动画技术

摘要 基于细胞自动机制论和平滑滤波算法,提出了一种水波动画合成的技术。这一算法既不需要构造波形函数,也不用求解复杂的Navier-Stokes方程等流体力学方程,而是基于细胞自动机的原理,在各个时刻根据邻域间能量的传递变化,来更新组成曲面上运动基本元的信息状态,再用平滑滤波器对各个基本运动单元的状态变化进行平滑滤波,实现了对几种典型水波运动的实时模拟,效果比较逼真。 Simulation technology of water wave was presented in this paper,which is based on the theory of cellular automata and smooth filtering.It neither needs the construction of special wave motion functions,nor needs to solve the complex Navier-Stokes equations.Instead,an algorithm was proposed,which was doing smooth filtering while updating the information of each motion elements on the curved surface according to the energy transferred from its neighborhoods.Furthermore,some typical implementations of water wave real-time simulation were conducted and the simulation result is very realistic.
