摘要
伴随图书馆"通借通还"服务的兴起,图书分拣和配送作为其中的一个重要环节直接影响到服务的质量和效果。新加坡图书馆与邮局系统的合作为我们提供了一个成功的典范,共建图书物流系统成为我国图书馆与邮局在今后"通借通还"环节中合作的发展方向。
With the spring up of the service of check-in/check out in different libraries,sorting and distribution as one of the most important aspect has a direct impact on the quality of the service and performance.Cooperation between the post office and library in Singapore provides us a successful model,the author thinks that co-constructing on the physical distribution system will be the development in future.
