摘要
根据变形铝合金的热处理原理及其半固态模锻成形特点,探索出一种适合于变形铝合金半固态模锻成形件"高温固溶处理+分级时效"的新工艺:固溶处理(500±5)℃×25 min,分级时效140℃×6 h+150℃×1 h。结果表明:变形铝合金半固态模锻成形件经新工艺处理后,力学性能明显提高,缩短了处理时间,节约了能源,提高了生产效率。
According to the heat-treatment principle and semi-solid die forging formation characteristic of deformation Al alloy,a new heat-treatment technology of semi-solid drop-forgings for deformation Al alloy was researched,which followed solution treatment at(500±5) ℃ for 25 min and progressive aging at 140 ℃ for 6 h and 150 ℃ for 1 h.The results show that the mechanical property of semi-solid drop-forgings is improved obviously,its processing time is shortened,the energy is saved and the production efficiency is also improved.
