摘要
选取了农用拖拉机故障检测这一方向,设计了一种上下位机结构的基于DSP的快速故障检测平台,主要实现了对柴油机、变速箱和液压悬挂系统进行状态采集和故障分析,遵守"防重于治"的基本原则,实现了故障的早期判断,变被动检修为主动维护,对实现我国农业机械化具有重要的意义。
A rapid fault detection platform based on DSP with upper and lower computers configuration was designed in order to diagnose the fault of agricultural tractors. The main achievements of this system were that it could do states acquisition and failure analysis for the diesel engine, the gearbox and the hydraulic suspension systems. It had realized early fault analysis and changed from passive repair to active maintenance by following the basic principles of that preventive maintenance is more important than breakdown repair.
