西洛他唑联合维生素E治疗糖尿病外周血管病变62例临床观察 被引量：7

摘要 目的:探讨西洛他唑联合维生素E对糖尿病外周血管病变患者的治疗效果。方法:将62例糖尿病周围血管病变住院患者随机分为对照组(28例)和治疗组(34例),分别对两组患者进行常规治疗和西洛他唑联合维生素E治疗,3个月后观察其疗效。结果:对照组和治疗组的治疗总有效率分别为75.8%和88.2%,且治疗组的血液粘度、血流速度、下肢动脉血管管腔狭窄程度等指标均优于对照组,二者的差异均具有统计学意义。结论:西洛他唑联合维生素E对糖尿病外周血管病变具有较好的临床治疗疗效。
