摘要
研究了壳聚糖混剂对于番茄幼苗各种防御酶系——苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL),过氧化物酶(POD),多酚氧化酶(PPO)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的影响.结果表明:经壳聚糖混剂作用过的番茄幼苗中各防御酶系均有酶活高峰提前出现的情况,从而提高植株的抗逆性,阻止病原菌入侵.
Effects of chitosan degraded-mixture on the effect on the activity of Phenylalnine ammonialyase(PAL),Peroxidase(POD),Polypheneol oxidase(PPO) and Superoxide dismutase(SOD) of tomato seedling are studied.The results showed that the peak of defensive enzymes activities emerges earlier,which is the cause of strengthening plant resistance and preventing plants against the infection of the fungi effectively.
