本文介绍了地理信息系统和面向对象程序设计方法在上海市城市桥梁管理系统软件设计中的应用，以及各功能模块的实现方法。
Introduced in this paper are the application of the geographic information system and object-oriented programming technique in the development of Shanghai Urban Bridge Management System Software, and the execution of modules with different functions.
