摘要
目前,天然气管输减阻剂已成为天然气输送领域研究的新热点。为此,根据天然气减阻剂的减阻机理,合成了巯基三唑化合物,经复配得到一种新型天然气减阻剂。该减阻剂中,巯基三唑化合物分子中含有N、S、O等电负性较大的原子,能够吸附在输气管道内表面上并形成一层光滑的弹性分子薄膜,其他复配物中含有N、O等电负性较大的原子,也有很好的协同吸附作用。在天然气减阻剂室内评价系统上对复配天然气减阻剂进行了减阻率测试,通过扫描电子显微镜观察到了减阻剂在钢铁表面上生成薄膜的形态,检验了减阻剂的成膜性能。试验结果表明:构成复配型减阻剂的2种组分单独使用时减阻效果不大,但复配后其减阻性能得到极大提高,在25℃、前端压力为520~650kPa时,平均减阻率达到8.4%。
Currently,the research of drag reduction agent has become a new focus in the field of natural gas pipelines.According to the mechanism of drag reduction,a mercapto-triazole compound was synthesized,based on which a new kind of compounding natural gas drag reduction agent (DRA) was thus obtained.In the compounding natural gas DRA system,mercapto-triazole compounds could be adsorbed on the inner surface of a gas pipeline to form a smooth elastic film layer because they contained N,S,O and other electronegative atoms.Other components in the compounding system also contained N,O and other electronegative atoms,and they performed well synergistic adsorption effect with mercapto-triazole compound.The drag reduction rate test was carried out in a laboratory evaluation system.With the help of scanning electron microscopy,the film-forming property of the compounding system was reflected by the film morphology generated on the steel surface.The research results showed that the two kinds of components in the compounding DRA performed little drag reduction effect when they were used alone.However,the drag reduction capability of the compounding system was improved greatly and the drag reduction rate was up to 8.4% averagely when the test was carried out at 25℃ with front-pressure in the range of 520-650 kPa.
