摘要
基于现有农村金融机构,分析了上海农村金融服务情况;借鉴台湾农会信用部经验,提出了重构上海农村合作性金融服务的思路:现有金融机构没有合适的载体承载合作性金融的功能,建议在现有组织——农业技术服务中心的基础上挖掘其金融功能。
The paper analyzed the present situation of financial service in the Shanghai countryside based on the existing rural financial institutions,put forward an idea of rebuilding rural cooperative finance in Shanghai according to experiences of the credit departments of peasant associations in Taiwan, and suggested that the financial function be tapped in the existing organizations- agricultural technology service centers,since the existing financial institutions lacked suitable carriers to perform a function of cooperative financial service.
