综述了现行颚式破碎机时过载保护措施，针对现行措施存在的问题，推出一种克服现有技术缺陷的具有液压保护功能，能够实现在破碎中碰到料障后连续进行卸荷吐障、复位和破碎多复杂作业的新型颚式破碎机；并详细介绍了其结构、原理、性能特点、用途和应用情况。
The paper summarizes the existing overload-protective measures for the jaw crusher and of offers the function to hydraulically protect and overcome the technical ddfaults on the basis of the problems existed in the present measures.The structure, principle, performance characteristic, usage and application of the hydraulic protection are introduced in detail.
