摘要
简要分析国外图书馆价值评估研究背景,概述国外图书馆价值评估研究主要进展,介绍国外图书馆价值定量评估的主要方法和定量价值评估的典型案例,总体评价国外图书馆价值评估的成绩与问题,认为今后应当深化图书馆价值运动规律研究,构建新的图书馆价值评估逻辑框架,强调图书馆绩效评估和成效评估对于图书馆价值评估的基础支撑作用,探索开展基于绩效测度、成效测度和贡献测度的图书馆社会价值评估。
The paper analyses the background of value evaluation studies of library abroad,outlines its main progress, introduces its main methods and typical cases of quantitative evaluation, and proposes an overall evaluation conclusion about its achievements and problems, and consideres its further research should deepen the understanding of the movement rule of library value, construct new logical framework, emphasize performance evaluation and effectiveness evaluation of library as its foundation, and try to evaluate the social value of library based on performance measurement, effectiveness measurement and contribution measurement.
