摘要
大学英语教师因致力于不断提高自身学术水平而忽视了对学生的研究,这种现象在独立学院并不鲜见,而这种偏离了"以人为本"的教育原则注定要导致教学的失败。
English teachers in universities spend more time improving their academic ability but less time studying the students and such a phenomenon is not rare in Independent Colleges. This teaching method that strays away from the ＂student-oriented＂ principle will by no means be successful.
