摘要
通过对最新诊治的1000个犬细小病毒病病例的总结分析,依其主要临床症状或病理变化将之划分为心肌炎型、高热型、出血型、呕吐型、腹泻型、胆道炎型、胰腺炎型、肠梗阻型、肠道寄生虫型及其他等9个临床表现型,并以临床划分为基础制定相应的治疗方案,以期提高该病的临床治愈率。
By means of the summary and analysis of 1 000 cases of canine parvoviral disease diagnosed and treated recently,the disease could be devided into nine phenotypes as complicated by myocarditis, high fever, haemorrhage ,vomit, diarrhea,cholangitis, pancreatitis,intestinal obstruction, intestinal parasite and the other,etc.according to its major clinical symptoms or pathological changes, and relevant treatment plans were worked out on the basis of this clinical classification in the hope of raising its clinical cure rate.
