针对商业地产项目的复杂性,分析了项目施工进度的制约因素,探讨了施工进度的管理措施,通过管理措施的有效实施,尤其是全过程全员参与对施工进度的管控,保证了项目的施工进度。
Aiming at the complexity of the commercial real-estate programs, the paper analyzes the restrict factors of the program construction progress, and explores the management measures of the construction prowess, so as to ensure the construction progress of the programs by implementing the management measures effectively, especially the complete involvement in the management and control over the construction progress in the whole process.
