介绍了南京地铁二号线的工程基本情况,针对工程实际,在风险管理策略指导下,对工程施工风险进行了分析评价,并制定了施工风险管理控制措施,对于地铁建设的风险评估和控制具有一定的指导意义。
The basic condition of the Nanjing line No. 2 is introduced, and under the guidance of risk management policy, engineering construelion risks are analyzed and evaluated in light of engineering practice, management control measures to the risks are established, which has a certain guidance sense for the risk assessment and control of the construction of subway.
