摘要
根据“相似相容原理”,制备了一种针对食品罐用镀锡钢板的溶剂型脱漆剂。讨论了表面活性剂、促进剂的选择,以及温度、挥发速率、搅拌时间对脱漆剂效率的影响。结果表明,表面活性剂CTMAB为2%,促进剂乳酸为28%,在80~85℃时搅拌10min,3~5min内可使漆膜软化、脱落,所得脱漆剂的脱漆效果最高,毒性、挥发性和腐蚀性低。红外光谱(FT-IR)分析结果表明,该体系在脱除漆膜的过程中未发生化学反应,脱漆后材料组分基本无变化,脱漆剂可反复利用。
According to the principe of " structural similitude, mutual solubility", a solvent -based paint stripper for food - can tinplates was prepared. The influence of surfactant and accelerator as well as temperature, volatility, stirring rate on the stripping efficiency was discussed. The results showed that a low toxic, less corrosive and low volatility paint stripper was obtained when the composition was as follows ( mass fraction) : surfactant CTMAB 2% and accelerator lactic acid 28% were mixed at 80 - 85 ℃ for 10 min. The film was softened and removed in 3 -5 rain, with a higher stripping efficiency. IR was used to prove that the paint stripper did not react with coating film, and could be reused.
