摘要
预应力技术应用于大跨度梁或板等水平结构范围较广,极少应用于混凝土柱等竖向结构中。CCTV主楼通过在混凝土柱中设置预应力筋,悬挂下方水平结构,从而实现下方混凝土梁的大跨度设计,同时也解决了原设计中通过劲性梁悬挂钢结构柱存在的钢筋与钢结构节点交叉难题。重点介绍了混凝土悬挂柱内预应力施工工艺和技术要点,包括预应力筋下料、钢筋支架的制作安装、悬挂柱内预应力筋的布设、锚固端和张拉端安装、悬挂柱及梁板混凝土浇筑等。
Prestress technology is extensively applied in horizontal structure with large-span beam or plate,but has little chance in vertical structure such as concrete column.By setting prestressed steel bars in concrete column of CCTV main building to suspend lower horizontal structure,large-span concrete beam is completed successfully.In original design,stiffness beam is used to suspend steel structure,and the intersection for steel bars and steel components is difficult,which is solved by prestressed concrete suspension column technology.Moreover,the construction technology and keys for prestress in concrete suspension column are introduced in detail,including blanking of prestressed steel bars,fabrication and installation of steel bars stent,setting of prestressed steel bars,installation of anchor ending and tensioning ending,concrete pouring of suspension column,beam and plate,and so on.
