摘要
目的观察颈椎X线功能位表现,探索其在青少年颈痛诊断及治疗中的应用价值。方法从12～25岁的青少年学生中筛选出符合标准的研究对象68例,予侧位、过伸过屈X线检查,观察角位移、椎体滑移和阶梯征及Ruth Jackson线交点改变状况。结果 68例颈痛患者功能位片中,51例表现颈椎失稳,均表现有阶梯征,其中两椎体后缘滑移不稳者11人,角位移不稳者35人。Ruth Jackson线前屈位交点改变者51人,后伸位交点改变者33人。结论青少年颈痛主要表现为颈椎力学失衡。功能位X线片能够反映青少年颈痛早期病变情况,能够作为青少年颈痛的早期诊断依据。
Objective To observe the manifestations of cervical functional position X-ray and explore the practical value in the diagnosis and treatment of juvenile cervicodynia.Methods Among teenager students aged from 12 to 25,68 were chosen as study objects.The patients were given lateral and hyperexternsion-hyperflexion X-ray tests,and then the changes of angular displacement,displacement of cervical vertebra,ladder signs,and intersection of Ruth Jackson ray were observed.Results The films of functional position X-ray of 68 patients showed that there were 51 patients with cervical destabilization and ladder signs,and among them 11 with destabilization of displacement of double cervical posterior edges and 35 with destabilization of angular displacement.There were 51 patients with the changes of Ruth Jackson ray in posterior extension intersection and 33 with the changes in anterior flexion intersection.Conclusion Juvenile cervicodynia manifested as cervical mechanics disequilibrium.The functional position X-ray can reflect the early state of juvenile cervicodynia and be used for early diagnosis.
