摘要
电大建设学习型党组织是构建终身教育体系的时代要求,是实现山西省转型跨越发展的现实需要,是办好开放大学的客观需要,是电大科学发展的内在需要。网络平台、系统平台、文化平台等三大学习平台,是全方位地推进学习型党组织建设的重要抓手。立足现实,着眼未来,树立持续发展的理念,建立长效机制,是创建学习型党组织的机制保证。
Constructing the learning-oriented party organization in TV University is the requirements of times of establishing a life-long educational system,is the practical needs of striding development of Shanxi transformation,is an objective demand for running Open University well,and is the inner demand for developing TV University scientifically.The network platforms,the system platforms and cultural platform are three major learning platforms of promoting the construction of learning-oriented party organization comprehensively.To be realistic and look to the future,and establish the concept of sustainable development and effective mechanism is the guarantee to create the learning-oriented party organization.
