摘要
苏州市人民路北延工程跨沪宁高速公路高架桥工程钢箱梁为全焊钢结构,内部构造复杂、焊缝密集;保证钢箱梁制作精度,焊接质量,拼装精度,是钢箱梁制作的重点、难点。通过高架桥钢箱梁的部件制作,单板件几何尺寸精度控制、整体组装、焊接及预拼装等环节的施工工艺控制,确保钢箱梁几何精度、焊接质量,整体预装各项指标符合规范要求,使钢箱梁整体验收一次通过。
The steel box girder for Suzhou Viaduct Project crossing Shanghai-Nanjing Expressway is a full welding steel structure with complex internal structure and dense welds.The key point and difficult point of the fabrication of the steel box girder are to guarantee the manufacturing precision,welding quality and assembly precision.By manufacturing,physical dimension control,whole assembly,welding and preassembly control etc,it is insured that the geometric accuracy,welding quality and whole preassembly would meet requirements of the codes,which help the steel box girder pass the whole acceptance one-time.
