摘要
缺血性结肠炎(ischemic colitis,IC)是由于结肠血流减少导致肠壁缺血及继发炎症,是缺血性肠病(ischemic bowel dis-ease)中最常见的类型。缺血性结肠炎的临床表现及影像诊断有其相对特征性,也有非特异性。早期发现早期诊断缺血性结肠炎,将有助于该病的治疗及预后。
Ischemic colitis（IC）,the most common type of ischemic bowel disease,is due to reduction of colon blood flow leading to ischemia and secondary intestinal inflammation.The clinical manifestations and imaging diagnosis of ischemic colitis were not only relative characteristic,but also non-specific.Early detection and diagnosis of ischemic colitis will contribute to improving its treatment and prognosis.
