摘要 目的探讨评价16层螺旋CT三维重建成像技术在骨盆骨折中的应用价值。方法对有完整的DR、16层螺旋CT影像资料的70例骨盆外伤患者进行回顾性分析,并比较二种影像检查方法。结果二种方法间诊断率差异有统计学意义(p<0.01)。结论 16层螺旋CT三维重建成像技术弥补了DR的不足,CT重建清晰立体,可以根据需要从不同的方位显示骨盆骨折损伤情况,指导临床诊断及手术意义重大。 Objective To evaluate the 16-slice spiral CT Technology in the Three-Dimensional Reconstruction of Pelvis Fractures.Methods A retrospective analysis including 70 cases of pelvis trauma with X-ray DR and 16-slice spiral CT films have been finished.The radiological characteristics and results were compared with two kinds of radioactive examination.Results The positive rate of 16-slice spiral CT Technology in the Three-Dimensional Reconstruction were relatively higher than X-ray DR(p0.01).Conclusion 16-slice spiral CT Technology with Three-Dimensional Reconstruction shows substantial advantages while compared with X-ray DR,CT three-dimensional reconstruction can display the lesions in different directions,has clinical implications in diagnosis and operation.
