摘要
以抗种子劣变性不同的5个栽培大豆和5个野生大豆品种为材料,比较了高温高湿(相对湿度100%,温度40℃条件下贮藏3天、7天、10天和14天及20%的甲醇浸泡2小时等5种种子加速老化方法鉴定种手抗劣变性的效果。结果表明.高温高湿老化7~10天和20%的甲醇浸泡2小时,可鉴定出大豆种子抗劣变性。
Using five cultivated and five wild soybean genotypes which differ in the resistance to seed deterioration as materials, we compared the eva1uating effects on the resistancc of seed deterioration of five seea accelerated aging methods including storing three days, seven days, ten days and fourteen days under the environment of high temperature and humidity (R. H. 100%, 40℃ ) and soaking twohours in 20% methanol. The result showed that storing seven to ten days under theenvironment of high temperature and humidity and soaking two hours in 20% methanol were suitable methods to Cvaluate the resistance of seed deterioration.
