摘要 建立了果汁中13种有机酸和白藜芦醇的高效液相色谱测定方法。C18色谱柱分离各种成分,水(pH=2.5)和甲醇作为流动相,梯度洗脱。水果样品用榨汁机搅碎,高速离心,取上层果汁,加入等体积的水,混匀,过0.22μm滤膜后测试。果汁样品与水等体积混合,过滤膜后测试。14种化合物的方法检出限(S/N=3)在0.1 mg/L~8.9 mg/L之间,线性相关系数均大于0.996。鲜榨葡萄汁、橙汁和苹果汁中13种有机酸和白藜芦醇的回收率大部分在90%~110%之间,相对标准偏差均小于5%。运用该方法测定了多个鲜榨葡萄汁、橙汁、苹果汁和市售果汁及果汁饮料样品。 An HPLC method was developed for simultaneous determination of 13 kinds of organic acids and resveratrol in fruit juice.C18 reverse phase column and water(pH=2.5)-methanol dual solvent gradient elution system was used for fruit samples and the jam was centrifuged to get the clarified juice.The juice was then mixed with water with the ratio of 1:1.The limits of quantification(S/N=3) of the fourteen compounds were from 0.1 mg/L to 8.9 mg/L,while all the linear correlation coefficients were over 0.995.Most of the recoveries of the compounds in grape juice,orange juice and apple juice were ranged from 90% to 110% with the relative standard deviation being of above 5%.This method can be used for the determination of contents of these compounds in fruit juice and fruit juice drinks.
