摘要
主要介绍了转谷氨酰胺酶产生菌的筛选以及菌种的鉴定。利用凝胶法进行初筛得到产转谷氨酰胺酶的菌株,再通过Folk的比色法确定菌株产转谷氨酰胺酶的量,得到SW-14(0.38 U/mL)和SW-215(0.42 U/mL)两株菌。根据在不同培养基上的培养特征以及生理生化特征对两产酶菌株的进行菌种鉴定。初步鉴定得到的两个菌株属于放线菌科的链霉菌属(Streptomyces sp.)。
The screening and identification of transglutaminase-producing strains were investigated in this paper.By gel method and Folk’s colorimetry,two strains,SW-14(0.283 U/mL) and SW-215(0.324U/mL),were achieved.Then based on analysis of the cultural characteristic and biochemical characteristic of different culture medium,the two strains were identified as Streptomyces sp.
