摘要
以华南优质籼稻丰矮占1号为轮回亲本,选择来自世界各地的水稻良种50个,构建了2650个近等基因导入系。利用上述材料,从2005年开始我们开展了水稻抗旱育种材料的筛选与研究,为水稻抗旱育种奠定基础,本文报道近5年研究进展。
A total of 2 650 near-isogenic introgression lines(ILs) developed by using South-china indica variety Fengaizhan No.1 as the recipient and 50 accessions of core rice germplasm from International Rice Research Institute as the donors,were used for screening of rice breeding materials resistant to drought since 2005.The paper reported the progress of the past 5 years.
