用于软骨修复的纳米纤维研究进展

摘要 在软骨组织修复与再生中,纳米纤维为细胞提供了良好的微环境,是软骨修复的一种理想材料。首先介绍了纳米纤维的制备方法,包括相分离、电纺和自组装,特别针对新结构和新性能的纳米纤维的研究进展展开了论述。最后介绍了软骨细胞、干细胞与纳米纤维的复合以及生物活性因子如生长因子、基因对软骨再生的促进作用。 The fibrous structure of nanofiber can better mimic the fibrous network of collagen in cartilage extracellular matrix (ECM) and supply good microenvironment for cells. Therefore, nanofibers are a kind of ideal biomaterials for cartilage regeneration. Nanofibers can be prepared by phase separation, electrospinning, self assembly. The new research of nanofibers with new structures and properties is especially introduced. Besides the scaffold, the cells and hioactives are also the key factors influencing the growth and function of engineered cartilage. The incorporation of the cells and bioactives is introduced at last.
