摘要
随着报刊分类改革的启动,报刊退出机制同步在全国实行,期刊人也在思考自身的生存与发展问题,高职院校学报要生存与发展,应明确高职院校学报的功能和定位;突出高职院校学报的特点,办出特色;坚持财政投入办刊,避免盲目市场化;开放办刊,打开封闭堡垒;建立客观的评价体系;积极创造条件,提高编辑的素质,提高高职院校学报的质量和影响力。
With the start of reform of newspapers category,press exit mechanism implemented in the country simultaneously.Journals also thought about their own survival and development.Vocational colleges who are going to survive and develop should be clear of the functional and vocational colleges positioning.They should highlight the characteristics of vocational colleges and uniqueness,adhere to financial investment journal,avoid blind market,run the journals flexibly as an undefended fortress,establish an objective evaluation system,and create conditions to improve the quality of editorial efforts and the quality of vocational colleges and influence.
