摘要
通过对玻璃钢化生产线的高功率部分—冷却风机进行节能改造,有效地达到了节能降耗的目的。介绍了采用变频器对风机进行控制的节电方法,和一般常用的调节风门控制风量的方法比较,具有明显的节电效果。
The fan which is the high energy consumption device in glass tempering production line is transformed by use of variable voltage and variable frequency(VVVF),to attain the purpose of energy saving.This design uses a frequency converter to control the fan,and has significant energy saving effect comparing to the commonly used method of air flow adjustment control.
