转子裂纹AE信号特征提取的时频分析方法

摘要 转子裂纹的声发射(AE)信号是一种非平稳、非线性信号,对于非平稳、非线性信号,时频分析是有效的方法。由于小波包对时变信号具有多分辨分解和重构能力,以及伪Wigner-Vill时频分布对时变信号具有优良描述特性,可以将两者结合起来用以诊断早期裂纹故障。通过实验研究,说明该方法能够从微弱的早期裂纹AE信号中清晰准确地提取出裂纹故障特征,实现转子早期裂纹故障的精确诊断。 Acoustic emission(AE) signal of rotor crack is a non-stationary and non-linear signal.For non-stationary and non-linear signals,time-frequency analysis methods are feasible.Wavelet packet has the capability of decompsition and reconstruction and Pseudo Wigner-Vill time-frequency distribution has the better characteristics to time-variant signal,so we combine the two methods for the diagnosis of early crack fault.It is shown by experimental verification that this method can accurately extract crack fault feature from weak AE signal and the early crack fault can be effectively diagnosed.
