摘要
根据清洁发展机制(CDM)碳汇造林项目的现状和特点,综合考虑了社会经济效益和生态环境效益等相关因素的影响,运用数学优化方法,以CDM造林项目碳汇量为优化目标,建立碳汇优化模型,获取碳汇量最大的造林决策方案。案例分析表明:模型产生的优化造林方案结构布局合理,具有较好的总体性能,在满足社会经济效益和生态环境效益需要的前提下,可吸收和固定二氧化碳4302871t,较推荐方案提高10.71%,充分发挥了造林地的最大生产潜力,为更大限度地减缓温室气体效应提供了技术支持。
Based on the status and characteristics of Clean Development Mechanism(CDM) carbon sink afforestation project,the social economy benefits,ecological environment benefits and other related factors are considered,this paper uses mathematical optimization methods and establishes the optimal model with the profits of carbon sink in CDM forestation project to get the decision package of the largest carbon sink.The analysis shows that:the result produced by the model has a reasonable structure and preferable overall performance,4 302.871 tons of carbon dioxide could be absorbed and fixed,increased by 10.71% by comparison with the recommended scheme.The optimized scheme could meet the requirement of the social economy benefits and ecological environment benefits,and could fully release the largest production potential of afforestation land;it also provides technical support for mitigation of greenhouse gas effect.
