摘要
以引进的某高速柴油机修形齿轮为研究对象,研究其修形设计方法;采用三维接触有限元分析手段计算了轮齿法向弹性变形和沿齿向周向变形,依据计算结果,分别对齿轮进行了齿廓和齿向修形设计,并与原修形齿轮设计值进行了比较,验证了计算和分析的正确性,得到了柴油机齿轮修形的主要影响因素.
Take a modified gear of a high-speed diesel engine as an object of study,the design method of gear teeth modification was studied.By using a three dimension contact finite element analysis method,gear teeth deformations along both normal direction and circumferential direction were computed.Based on the computation,the tooth profile and axial modification of gear was designed.Compared with the original gear,the correctness of computation and analysis was verified.The primary influence factors on the gear modification were discussed.
