摘要
针对风电场分布广阔且一般在偏远地区等特点,提出了一种基于现场总线CAN和以太网通信的低压断路器智能控制器的设计新方案。以DSP2407为核心,并选用RTL8019AS进行以太网通信控制。详细阐述了智能控制器各部分硬件结构及系统总体软件实现,重点讨论了以太网接口的硬件设计和以太网收发程序的设计。现场试验表明,该智能控制器可靠性较高、实时性较好、电磁兼容性强,具有广阔的应用前景。
Aiming at the feature that the wind farms are broad distribution and usually in remote regions,a new design of intelligent controller for low voltage circuit breaker based on CAN and Ethernet communication is proposed.The design adopts DSP2407 as the core and selects RTL8019AS to control the communication.Then,the hardware and software of each part of the intelligent controller are described in detail.The hardware design of Ethernet interface and the transceiving program design of Ethernet controller are discussed.The experimental results show that this intelligent controller has high reliability,good real-time performance,high EMC,and widely application.
