摘要
目的:研究不同采收期桂郁金中多糖的含量,为桂郁金的适时采收提供参考。方法:粗多糖含量测定采用硫酸-苯酚法。结果:不同采收期(11月4日—12月16日)中郁金多糖的含量分别为3.26%、4.65%、0.81%、1.67%、6.45%。结论:桂郁金的多糖含量以12月中旬相对较高。
Objective:Research polysaccharide content in Guiyujin which were derived from different harvest time.Methods:Sulphuric acid---Phenol colrimetry was used to determined the contents of polysaccharide.Results:The content of polysaccharide in Guiyujin derived from No-vember to Decomber were 3.26%,4.65%,0.81%,1.67%,6.45%.Conclusion:The content of polysaccharide in Guiyujin was relatively higher at middle December.
