摘要
建立了硫化矿开采中炸药自爆危险性的评价指标体系,评价指标分为定量指标和定性指标,并划分危险性等级,根据危险性等级的不同,给予定量指标不同的取值范围,而对于定性指标,采取赋值的方式,将定性指标量化。基于物元理论和关联函数,将可拓理论引入炸药自爆危险性的评价中,建立了硫化矿开采中炸药自爆危险性的可拓综合评价模型。采用二层次可拓综合评价法对某矿进行危险性等级的评价,评价结果与实际情况相符,应用表明将该评价方法运用于硫化矿开采中炸药自爆危险性的评价中是合理可行的。
The system of evaluation indicator of explosive′s self-initiation risk during sulfide mining was established,in which evaluation indexes can be divided into quantitative indicators and qualitative indicators,and then classified in hazard level.According to the different risk levels,the quantitative indicators was given different value range,for qualitative indicators,the assignment method was used to quantify the qualitative indicators.Based on matter-element theory and the correlation function,the extension theory was introduced to the assessment of explosive′s self-initiation risk,and then building the model of extension comprehensive evaluation for explosive′s self-initiation risk during sulfide mining.The two-level extension comprehensive evaluation method was used in a mine,and the evaluated results was in line with the actual situation.The application shows that this method used in explosive′s self-initiation risk assessment during sulfide mining is reasonable and feasible.
