摘要
介绍了动筛跳汰机在同煤集团的应用,并以四台选煤厂和燕子山选煤厂为例,分析了动筛跳汰机透筛物处理工艺问题;并对透筛物进行筛分试验和浮沉试验,了解透筛物的粒度和密度组成,找出问题原因,确定了合理的改造方案。
The paper introduces the application of vibration screen jig in Datong Coal Group. Taking Sitai Coal Preparation Plant and Yanzishan Coal Preparation Plat as examples, the research analyzes the processing technique problems of screening materials. Screening experiment and float-sink experiment on the screening materials are conducted. The granularity and density of the materials are studied. The reasons are found and reforming scheme is determined.
