胎膜早破与头位难产的关系探讨 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨胎膜早破与难产的关系。方法:对180例无妊娠合并症及并发症的足月头先露胎膜早破患者进行回顾性分析,随机抽取同期分娩的无胎膜早破患者180例作为对照组。结果:胎膜早破组的难产率较对照组高,本文中46.1%的胎膜早破发生头位难产。结论:胎膜早破往往是头位难产的先兆,在胎膜早破时更应警惕头位难产的发生,尽早做出诊断与处理,预防感染,减少母婴并发症,确保母子安全。
