摘要
2003年国家开始实施农村中小学现代远程教育工程项目,目的是通过农村中小学远程教育工程缩小东西部之间的教育差距,实现教育资源的平衡配置。文章通过对青海省农村中小学远程教育项目在设备的使用、管理、管理人员的配备、教师的培训、资源的建设、实际教学效果、教师交流等方面的调查,以了解这一工程实际应用效果、存在问题和不足,并为其后续发展提供一些有效建议。
In the year 2003 our country started to implement the ＂Rural Primary and Secondary School Modern Distance Learning Project＂,with the goal to reduce educational gaps between the western and eastern regions and realize the balanced allocation of educational resources.We made a survey on this project＇s implementation in Qinghai Province regarding equipment use and management,administrative personnel provision,teacher training,resource construction,actual teaching effect and teacher exchanges so as to understand the implementation effect,existing problems and deficiency of this project.It is hoped to provide effective suggestions for future development of the project.
