摘要
目的:探讨低温等离子系统治疗小儿阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(Obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syn-drome,OSAHS)的临床疗效。方法:采用低温等离子系统治疗小儿OSAHS患者45例,分析其临床资料及疗效。结果:所有的手术患儿,术中出血量少,术后疼痛较轻且效果明确,无急性呼吸道阻塞及术后感染;随访3~6个月,睡眠打鼾、张口呼吸等症状消失,无鼻咽粘连、腺样体残留、咽鼓管功能障碍等并发症。结论:低温等离子系统治疗小儿鼾症,具有疗效确切、安全、精确,损伤小,并发症少等优点,具有很好的临床应用价值。
ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical effect of low temperature controlled plasma radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS) of children.MethodForty-five cases of OSAHS were treated by low temperature controlled plasma radio frequency ablation and the clinical data of these cases were also retrospectively analyzed.ResultsThe application of low temperature controlled plasma radio frequency ablation was safe and effective in the patients with little pain and bleeding during operation,there were no acute obstructions in the airway and infections in any of the cases during perioperation.Following up for 3~6 months postoperatively,snoring and open mouth breathing released,and no nasopharyngeal adherence,residual adenoid or eustachian tube dysfunction were found.ConclusionLow temperature controlled plasma radio frequency ablation is definitely and safely effective on snoring,which shows excellent applicable value.
